Berceuse
The gently rocking style of the Berceuse is captured in this very melodic piece of music. Written for a guitar pupil of mine, Jose Martinez, it utilises a D scordatura on the 6th string that serves to broaden the pitch to add space between the addictive melody and the supporting bass. This is one of my own firm favourites to play on a warm Summer afternoon!
